About Me

I’m a research communications professional specializing in translating complex veterinary, biomedical and agricultural science into clear, compelling stories that inform and inspire.

I serve as a communications coordinator for a leading veterinary and biomedical sciences college, where I transform faculty research into strategic, accessible storytelling for public, academic and industry audiences. My work spans animal health, infectious disease, neuroscience, oncology, microbiome science and production agriculture, with a focus on accuracy, clarity and impact.

I regularly interview scientists, interpret peer-reviewed research, analyze data and craft press releases, feature stories and digital content that elevate institutional visibility and public understanding. With a background in agricultural communications and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communications, I bring both subject-matter fluency and a strong foundation in research methodology to every story I tell.

I am particularly interested in opportunities that allow me to bridge science and society — translating complex discovery into meaningful narratives that advance animal health, human health and agricultural innovation.
